The Story

It's the beginning of a brand-new school year at Northwestern Law.  The students are divided into two rival gangs: the Suits, bound for jobs at large law firms; and the Spiffs, devoted to public interest.  The vain, driven Suits and the self-righteous Spiffs battle for new recruits from among the incoming 1L (first-year) class.  Negotiation professor Lynn Cohn struggles to keep the peace, Dean David Van Zandt is oblivious, and the international students of the LLM program are mysteriously aloof.

Little does anyone at the Law School know that this school year will feature some remarkable events.  The world's largest and most prestigious law firm will show unprecedented interest in Northwestern students; celebrities wil show up for the annual moot court competition; and a tragic romance will unify all.
