Following her lifelong dream, Mary Carter attends her first day at the prestigious Wigmore High, a prepatory high school for the best attorneys in the country. Once there she meets Evanston, the Queen Bee of the Lincoln Park Trixies, and the most popular girl in school. Mary quickly gets caught up in Evanston's evil scheme to win back her ex-boyfriend, Lance Rexington, and eventually finds herself in the difficult position of choosing popularity or standing by her only real friend, the geeky but adorable Gilbert Glannon.
